Moringa is canonically named Shigru or Shobhanjana. Texts document it as Kaphahara and Vatahara, and recognize its Lekhana (scraping) and Deepana (digestive fire stimulating) actions. It is traditionally prescribed to nourish bodily tissues (Dhatus), purify blood, and combat systemic fatigue.
