  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST or on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Free Shipping: Available for all domestic orders above ₹500.

  • Standard Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹500, a nominal fee of ₹50 will be charged.

  • Shipping is handled through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

3. Delivery Time

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days depending on the delivery location.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery might take an additional 2-3 business days.

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates!

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

  • You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our website.

5. Address Guidelines

  • Please ensure that the shipping address is accurate and complete, including any apartment or suite numbers.

  • Raj Ras Ayurveda is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Undelivered or Lost Packages

  • In case your package is undelivered or lost, please contact our customer service at support@rajrasayurveda.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will investigate and take appropriate actions, which may include reshipment or refund.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or items are missing from your order, report it to us at support@rajrasayurveda.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Include photos of the damaged items for a quicker resolution.

8. Changes to Your Order

  • Once the order is shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
