1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Certain items (e.g., personalized, final sale, or non-returnable items) may not be eligible for return. These will be mentioned clearly on the product page.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@rajrasayurveda.com or call +91-90996 02555 with the following details:

    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if applicable)

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions for the return process.

  3. Ship the product back to us using the details provided by our team. Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
  • For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product to request an exchange.
  • Once approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products purchased on clearance or as final sale items.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging for faster resolution. We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost to you.

8. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
