1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Certain items (e.g., personalized, final sale, or non-returnable items) may not be eligible for return. These will be mentioned clearly on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or error on our part, we will cover the shipping costs.
- For all other returns, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

- Once approved, we will ship the replacement product at no additional cost.
6. Non-Refundable Items
